With just three main screens, HeartMyCare is user-friendly for ease of use. Navigate effortlessly and focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care.

Before you dive in, here are some quick tips to make your HeartMyCare experience seamless:

1. After signing up, you'll be directed back to the login screen. Simply log in to your newly created account. Keep an eye out for a one-time authentication email (OTP) on your first login (check your junk or spam folder).

2. Your home page is your command center, featuring your profile picture, the name you use with patients, a unique handle (username), and a QR code. Patients can use either your username or the QR code to find you on the app.

3. HeartMyCare is completely complimentary for both nurses and patients—no cost, no junk email. It's simplicity at its best!

4. Take charge of the process. Introduce HeartMyCare during patient introductions to set a positive tone. For instance, "I'm Brian, your nurse today. If I provide amazing care, let me know on HeartMyCare!"

5. Since patients may rate and review you after your shift ends, get creative to help them find you:

   1. Encourage them to snap a picture of your home screen. 📸

   2. Print your Handle and/or QR code on your name badge or uniform for easy identification. 🏷️

   3. Share your Handle and/or QR code on business cards or slips of paper—it's personal and simple. 💌

   4. If allowed, post your Handle and/or QR code in patient rooms. 🚪
